Jason Bates

Jason has 14 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry. He has worked for various civil contractors while attending Cal Poly. He began his career as a Project Engineer and has advanced to Senior Project Manager. His experience with a variety of projects that include mass earthwork and rough grading lends to his ability to think outside of the box to develop solutions for constructability issues and to maintain overall project schedules when coordinating with other contractors on a project site.
