Cal Poly Student Housing

Installation of sanitary sewer, domestic water, and storm drain systems. Excavation, trenching, and shoring for utility corridors. Use of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for non-invasive utility installations. Comprehensive system testing and commissioning. Development of as-built documentation and turnover packages for the university’s facilities management team

Water Reclamation Facility Cal Poly
June 2024 - Current
To design and construct an on-campus Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) to process a portion of the raw campus wastewater currently sent to the City of San Luis Obispo's treatment plant, thereby using the potable water supply resource twice (once as potable and once as tertiary treated and disinfected Title 22 water for campus irrigation purposes) and saving the money required to both purchase additional potable water supply and to treat additional wastewater, with potable supply and treatment capacity being identified as the primary constraints that would limit campus growth in accordance with the Campus Master Plan.

Santa Maria Landfill 1 Phase II Liner Extension Project
June 2024 - May 2025
Installation of earthen, geosynthetic, piping, and appurtenant components of the groundwater protection liner system, including mass excavation/grading, landfill gas piping, sub-drain/lysimeter/leachate collection and removal system, earthworks, geomembrane, geotextile, drainage geocomposite, geosynthetic clay liner, and protective soils cover.

Preconstruction Enabling Work at John Madden Football Center
August 2024 - October 2024
​The $45M project is Collaborative Design Build delivery method for an approx. 33,000 sf new building with a new team locker room, coach's offices with support spaces, team meeting rooms, weight room, training and medical support spaces; student athlete lounge space including nutrition area; lobby and public/reception/entrance spaces with access to the south end of the stadium, and parking. The project includes South Campus Infrastructure Renewal. The project is associated to the South Campus Infrastructure Renewal project that includes repair and replacement of a sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas, and electrical service, as well as fiber communication relocation and broadcast streaming to Alex G. Spanos Stadium.

Calle Joaquin Lift Station Replacement
February 2022 - November 2023
Replacement of an existing lift station, installation of and replacement of the city sewer main using HDPE fusion methods, jack and bore under US 101, and HDD under a creek.

Recycled Water Distribution to Waller Park Project
April 2021 - January 2023
Installation of 3.19 miles of 12-inch recycled water pipeline, installation of a 1-million-gallon holding tank, pump station, and control system, and extension of 1,650 feet of 8-inch pipe to connect to existing irrigation system.
